Having six pack abs is something that just about every guy wants and each girl too. Girls love to see six pack abs on blokes and they themselves wish to have a slightly toned down version of six pack abs. Let's face it, a sleek powerful core and stomach is sexy to both sexes.

1. Take enzymes after each meal.
